On the peaceful shores of Erhai Lake, this beginner-friendly Tai Chi session lets you flow with Dali’s lakeside rhythm. Breathe in the fresh mountain air, follow easy movements, and feel your energy settle as gentle waves lap nearby. You’ll start with "zhàn zhuāng" (standing meditation) to ground your body and quiet your mind, then move into basic Tai Chi forms—weight shifts, circles, and flowing steps that link breath with motion. By the end, you’ll have a simple routine you can practice anywhere to keep that Erhai calm with you wherever you go. Meet your guide Teacher Qiao has devoted many years to Tai Chi, studying under renowned master "Wang Fengsuo" and carrying forward the 12th generation of Chen-style and the 6th generation of Wu-style Tai Chi. Her wish is simple: to share this art in its purest form, using its wisdom to help others find strength, balance, and peace in both body and mind.
